Dramatic Lip Options | Cut Crease Eyemakeup

I am a big fan of a strong brow and a strong lip. I also love the cut crease technique, so here's a mix match of them all together. Not everyone's cup of tea, as it is a bold look, but as always take what you want from the look. 

Face Products:

Brows:

MUA undressed eyeshadow palette (Two matte brown colours, this is an amazing palette, super cheap and perfect for everyday eyeshadow looks too.)

Eyes:

Urban Decay Primer Potion

Sleek Delmar Palette

Benefit They're real liner (I got a sample of this, nothing special, I would give it a miss personally because I find the applicator unnecessarily annoying.)

Also on another note, if anyone is wondering how I styled my hair in these pictures. I set it in small rollers from wet, gives a Marilyn Monroe style which I love.

Black Lips | Kylie Jenner Inspired Makeup Look

I think everyone is a little obsessed with Kylie Jenner at the moment. I am loving her edgy style and she keeps sporting a black lip with usually a bronze coloured eye which inspired me to try out this out today, I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea but it's just something new to look at even if you wouldn't try it. (She just posted another instagram of it yesterday also).

What I used to create my look:

Face Products - Bare Minerals Ready Foundation in R250

NC20 Mac Select Cover up concealer (For under eyes and blemishes)

Dior Bronze in 002 Honey tan (To warm up the face)

Lancome Blush palette in 02 Nectar Lace (contour, blush and highlight)

Brows- Mac Brow Pencil in Fling and Lingering

Eyes- Mac Paint Pot in Bare Study

Eyeshadows- Mac woodwinked, Cork and Shroom

Eyeliner- Elf cream liner in black

Mascara- Lancome Hypnose 

Finally the most important aspect, LIPS-

(I overlined my lips slightly to follow her style)

Mac Eye kohl in smolder as lip liner (super soft and easy to use)

Topshop Velvet Lips in Raven (Amazing pigmentation and not to dry on the lips, you want it to be velvet or matte so it doesn't smudge, otherwise it would be too hard to wear!)

Dark Lips For Winter | Mac Rebel

My favourite makeup trend for winter is definitely dark lips! Probably brought into fashion mainstream by Rhianna, so many of us are jumping on the band wagon! Do be prepared for endless stares and total confusion from boys, but also lots of compliments from girls who actually get it the look haha! In the above pics I am wearing Rebel my Mac, a dark purple, as I am right infront of my window it does show up black (Lighting not great) but it's not as dark in reality. Topshop and Rimmel do cheaper options if you do not want to commit to the price of Mac especially if you are wary! 

Step outside your comfort zone and try the vamp look!
